    Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could recommend a solicitor? As me and my partner have just had an offer accepted on our first home :):)

    I used Fidler & Pepper recently, don't be put off by the name, they were excellent and comparatively cheap (change out of £500 for a house sale). They are based in Mansfield but do everything online, their website is www.fidler.co.uk.

    I used Shelley Preece at Peace Legal in Wombwell last year when I sold my late father's house (recommended by the Estate Agents - perhaps they have an agreement).

    They were very good and reasonably priced.
