Can I just say, one man up front is not necessarily a negative tactic

Most teams now pack midfield and leave a solitary man up top. If you go with 2 up front then you will lose the midfield unless you have a good pair, in there and unfortunately we arent blessed with quality across the team but we are sadly lacking in the central area.

Going with 2 up front would be suicide in my humble opinion. You look at the top sides in the Prem, none of them really play with 2 strikers these days, unless like Citeh, they have power in midfield like Toure and Fernandinho... Compare that to Dawson and Lawrence. We'd get beat without trace each week without the extra body.

The only other way you can get 2 up top is to play 3 at the back which gives you the opportunity to still have 3 central midfielders and 2 up front but Danny seems reticent to give that a go.

I have to admit that today was shambolic. Its a shame because that was the worst Leeds side I have ever set eyes on, but we ended up being worse than them througout the 2nd half.

I'm not sure what happened at half time, because I'm certain that if we'd have carried on like we played in the first half we'd have pegged them back, we looked desperate instead.

As long as the correct 'system' is in place then the tactics aren't too important. Having 1 man up top and playing hoof ball is not going to work, it didn't work against Burnley, Brighton, and Bournemouth.

I agree mate. I'd say the tactic that needs addressing, is the method of lumping it from one end of the field to the other, rather than the 1 man up front story.
