Today is the 1st game of the season and will have no bearing on the rest of the season. Wednesday beat Burnley 4-1 at Hillsborough on the opening day last season, who had the last laugh there? We more or less outplayed the Millionaires from QPR and got beat 2-1, everyone though we'd do alright then. We didn't. Just a thought before you come on here after the game all guns blazing, slating everyone if we lose.

No reason people can't slag the performance, if poor. Agree it has no bearing on the season. But we were pretty poor first games of last season and it did have a bearing on our season. This is Wednesday first match of the season. It's not your average first game for us. If we don't perform they will get criticised. And rightly so. On the other hand if we perform and win lose or draw, credit where credits due.
