Can I lift the sound file from a DVD and mail it?

    I've got a DVD of me nephew's band here and I want to take the sound off it and mail it. </p>

    Sounds like the problem is recording the sound file from your DVD

    All the music is on the left side of the dvd and the pictures on the right. If you photocopy it you can cut out the left side and post it to anyone and they can then scan it and print it back onto the left side of a blank dvd.
