    For my foul and abusive language , earlier on ? It was totally out of character , but that is no excuse . Irrespective of how angry and aggressive I felt , I should not use such language on this board , which I know only too well is viewed by children .
    Deep felt apologies to everyone . I am very sorry .

    I've still got the headache from shouting at the linesman,not that it did any good,God only knows whats in store for us but i'm stressed out already.
