Missus working next weekend and my 6 year old are keen to go to match - are there any rules against taking kids under 5?
Wouldn't take a kid that age to a game against Manor Top, mind. He or she would probably end up being ritually sacrificed on an altar made of photographs of Ched Evans' face, and then it'd be West Ham's fault.
My little lad's 2 and a half and I'm nigh on certain he wouldn't sit through any match let along get a season ticket! How often do folk take their young 'uns? Do they get restless? Curious to know that's all. I didn't realise the U5's rule got lifted either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't know where this under 5's debate came from My lads had a season ticket since he's been 3, he's now 9 Never had any trouble obtaining one
The no under 5s rule was one of the Don's bright ideas. I strongly challenged him on it at a supporters meeting but he was adamant it was sensible. Glad common sense has resumed!
My little girl goes when the weathers ok and not to night matches. I think she's been to about 8 this year. She likes the different coloured shirts and commentating on what's going on (makes more sense than most pundits) and tells any player who is on the floor to get up and stop being a girl (even if they have just been ****ted). Occasionally loses interest and watches stuff on the iPad (to be fair I'd join her if I could). Not so keen on the noise when we score.
You shouldn't take young kids to football matches they spend the whole game kicking the seat in front of them and annoying all fans around them. Apparently My sons had a ST since he was 3. hes 12 now and loves it
