    The squad needs QUALITY and not quantity.

    Then strive for CONSISTENCY in the team structure and tactics.

    I am sure we can slim our squad down by ~10 fringe players and that would be my immediate priority.
    Problem is that we are now out of transfer period, so loans are only way to go?

    Can I offer some basic advice too? This is for I'm Sapzticus, sadbrewer and tomfun - you're not Uri fecking Geller. No one on this board is so regardless of what gets posted on here, fans having PMA does not make a blind bit of difference to performances on the field.

    Yes just grab and bend.. no problem...I could never understand why Uri wanted to do it any other way.
