There's an article on the official website titled "ORDER YOUR REPLICA SHIRTS NOW!!!" from 19/10/05. Any chance someone can copy and paste what it says onto here please? Thanks in advance, any help is much appreciated.

Simply click on the shirt you wish to order; fill in the e-mail which pops up with your order details and contact number and a member of our Reds Superstore team will call you back to complete your purchase. We are hopeful of launching a new club shop in the next two months. Home And Away Shirts £29.99 to £39.99 Goalkeepers Shirts £29.99 to £39.99 Personalisation available when completing your order
£40 quid for a shirt that costs £11 to make and buy in, poor quality, poor company. Bargain. Chelsea shirts/Liverpool/Manchester United/ Arsenal/Tottenham £28 at Meadowhall, £32 with a name on. Leeds/ Sheffield United & Wednesday same prices. If you were nine what would you rather have?
Thanks Redstar. And Guest, that is exactly the question I have just asked Mr Shepherd via email. Even some lower division clubs are doing Christmas deals on kids kits, where they get part of it free, or even giftwrapped ready for the big day. I think our kits are pretty smart this season, but as always pricey! Same as most things i.e. tickets, food, drink, etc.
