Can the fans be expected to support and respect a manager that doesnt acknowledge them after a game?

What does it say about a manager who is happy to come onto the pitch and take the plaudits after a victory but walks straight down the tunnel after a loss or draw?</p>

I'll judge him by results and performances.

odejayi is not good enough to start, but when hes come off bench this season he has done well, a lot better than bloody mostto!! who thank god wont even make bench if windass signs.

last season he was awful he never looked like scoring, he seemed to prefer to be out on wing, never bust a gut to get in box, and the couple of reserve matches av been to he scored a couple but looked poor. I suppose he cant do any worse than macken, but i just dont think he's answer at all.
