Or in a rocket car from Scotland. 130 miles from Tarn.
You'll make it in 2 hours if there are no other cars on the roads.
Good luck with that.

RE: no other cars on the roads I think that at lunchtime on a Saturday there will be not a single other car on the road. Apart from ours. To miss most of the traffic we plan to go via Morrisons at Brampton, Parkgate Retail Centre, Meadowhall & the 'clog the roads Carnival' in Spofforth. We are setting off at 11am. To the Omega.
It takes exactly an hour to get to J23A from Oakwell so you should be OK. I'd fancy my chances. Parking at MK is very good too, last year I arrived 15 mins before kick off and lots of parking right by ground.
Thats late what about the boozing time you gotta be there at least 12.08 like we will be, Wetherspoons watch out the Reds are on the march
What I meant was that I know it takes 1 hour to get to 23A and as MK is not as far again it should be OK. Makes sense to anyway!
Ah, fair enough. Barnsley - MK is about 2 and a half hours...but if you really boot it(and not get caught) then it can probably be done in 2hours! Considering it's just one big straight line the whole way (zzz)
Used to live in Northampton, 20mins from MK. Used to take between 1hour 45mins and 2hours to get to Barnsley, J15A - J37 on the M1.
we had a girl drivin who got lost easily, plus we had been getting in the mood with a few brews n stoppin at every service station on the way. parkin was gud tho straight outside ground n free
