Can you just turn up today with season ticket

    Free tickets need to have been prebooked, and collected in advance. You should be able to pay £5 on the gate but that’s not been mentioned lately on any of the articles.

    I rang box office last week on behalf of my daughter with that exact question and was told she can use her season ticket for free admission on the day.

    That's well and truly ****** me off. Originally told we had to pay to get the tickets so I thought no ta. Then discovered on Friday that we didn't anymore so I tried but they weren't on sale anymore and now I find out after the match starts that season ticket holders can just turn up? ******* hell barnsley you are **** at the basic jobs.

    Who is actually in charge of communication? And why is this poor performance allowed to continue?

    And I don't mean the nicey nicey player interviews and articles like that. I'm talking solely about the piss poor communication when it comes to selling or advertising things.

    I tweeted the club a few days ago with the exact question and didn’t get a reply! Would have gone if we had been in the area but didn’t want to commit to it. Really frustrating that I wasn’t communicated clearly
