Yes

But you might get a dodgy picture on some channels or limited channels. I've done it though.

 

Yes you can as long as you are stationary when using it. Ive got a lcd tv in my van and with it i got a portable digi aerial, works a treat when im parked up but breaks up when im moving. Pretty good though.

Definitely can, I have it in bedroom, good picture too, once I sorted best position for aerial
