Maximum effort for 90 minutes, always tried to play football and but for being caught cold on the restart defended really well. We were much the better team in the first half and although it was more even in the second we had by far the better chances. Never seen Gray lead the line so well and Drinkwater really put himself about. We also got to see what Perkins is all about after seeing him looking a bit lost on the wing in previous matches. But everyone played well. Well played Reds and congratulations to Keith Hill for getting his side to play the way we all want to see. More of the same next week please, just lets turn the effort in to victory.
Spot on, I really enjoyed that, and think we were really unlucky not to win. If we can reach that standard on a regular basis we'll do well, hopefully starting with 3 points next week.
