I hammered it for seven days solid in Ibiza. (Yeah, that kind of hammered it.) Got maybe an average of 3/4 hrs sleep a day, travelled Friday night so none at all then. Straight out Saturday night and Sunday night (same kind of hammered it.) So that's 9 out of 10 with hardly any sleep and I'm as fresh as a daisy and ready to go again. I put it down to the smoothies.
