Can't buy tickets....

    ...cos "unfortunately, the client you have selected does not have the correct attributes to purchase seats on this event".

    In other words I can't buy a ticket for the spouse, who I have registered with a number etc.

    No e-help and can't ring anyone.

    how many tickets are you buying? If only two, can't you just buy them both under one account?
