The fact that we looked at half time that we were never going to come up with a goal - but we did (two), and for the first time in ages, turned a game around. The fact that players kept trying to play the right way, even when in the first half it wasn't going our way - Hourihane & Bailey are always looking for passes, and to keep possession. Or the fact that so many kids finished the game and didn't look remotely out of place. Digby, Bree, and Oates, all contributing in the last 10-15 minutes when it would have been easy to try and shut up shop with the more experienced players. At half time we it looked like we could let this one slip, and that would have been a huge dint in confidence. We didn't. Confidence is everything, and now we should have some. Not saying we're going to storm the division, but I saw alot to be optimistic about in the 2nd half.
