I can

If we want to.
I suspect a week or so's time may well see Kell and McPhail's fitness improving, Howard back in contention, Carbon back and possibly Hassell as well.
If we send out our strongest available lineup (including Wright - I know it's early days but I really think he's got something) we have every chance.

RE: I can

I appreciate your reply but I think that team spirit and desire is a bit lacking.
They wanted it so much more than us yesterday.

If we play as poorly as we did yesterday

We'll lose . However , we can play much , much better than that . Can Walsall ?

I agree

However , as I've said before , I'm an eternal optimist . Wright may well be the catalyst to an upturn in fortunes . Also , I'd love to see Kell have a run in the side . I'd assume he'll be chomping at the bit to show what he can do .

If we draw Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool etc.

There will be a bit more motivation to win the game, and then we have every chance.

We were only poor until Richie put Wright on.

Why he started with Richards up front is beyond me. Richards contributes nothing to the side.

With Nads feeding of Wright we stand a very good chance of winning the tie.

Aye, didn't think of that. Well we shall see.
It's been a poor xmas points wise. I've been watching them now for so long and nowt ever changes. As soon as we do well and look like achieving summat they let us all down by looking as if they don't care or can't be bothered and that is reflected in their play on the pitch.
I've seen it that many times now you can almost write a script and why the hell does Ritchie keep telling his players to hoof it!!!

The whole team seemed to lift their game when ritchie brought Wright on.

As much as I like Richards(I think he puts in alot of work) ,I'd go with Hayes and Wright as the starting two.

Is that based on all our recent defeats?
