Just when did he say that?

I cant remember HIM ever coming out and saying it. He is entitled to look elsewhere as we all are, if he does not think he is appreciated where he is now.

He's been making noises all summer long. No clubs have done anything, it's him and his agent making the rumours. If he wants to go, let him. He's worth £20 a week at best over the last 8 months, absolutely shambolical.

I find it hard to understand our supporters

Our top goal scorer last season, voted second best player by the fans in a close 2 horse race but someone who has ambitions to play in the premiership - according to the papers anyway - and a sizeable number of our fans are wanting to get rid - its one thing to sell him if we get an offer we cant refuse - but to say he is worth no more than £20 a week is just laughable. He is the sort of player we need to keep if we are serious about another go in the Prem.

Take away the penalty's, then how many goals? 6? And please explain to me exactly what he did for us last season? Other than whinge and get on other players backs once Howard had made a poor pass?

Oh, and not forgetting the time he got a clip and had to sit out the two huge games against Watford and Preston I think it was, because he had a black eye. Bless. Captain fantastic ay.

RE: Just when did he say that?

i personally think he's the best player on the books at barnsley by a country mile. i remember the blackpool fa cup game at home in january when he was getting stick off two '50 yr season ticket holders' behind me saying he was ****. he then beat four players, ran the length of the pitch and set a goal up. they soon shup up then.

he deserves a big money move and i hope he gets it.

He isn't our best player, he isn't even our best midfielder. He came in for some treatment yesterday at Glossop. And not soon enough it was. He's an arrogant, big headed little ******. Good ability, but he's far too up his own arse.

I was thinking more alongs the lines of Anderson De Silva, but you do have a point. It showed at Watford & Preston, if you play someone thats actually bothered, it makes a huge difference.

    what about Liverpool and Chelsea?

Without Howard we were fecked. What about all the rest of the season too. I cant understand you at all. Best player we have and you slag him off, yet you think KO is a good player, I am certain you have got a twisted slant on reality!!!

The Liverpool and especially the Chelsea game, howard was quite easily the worst player on the pitch. We carried him through both. He's another one who goes missing in the big games.

When you say the rest of the season, name me a decent game he had? Bristol City & Ipswich I'll give you.....

Now I know you are crazy

without Howard against Liverpool we would not have got to play against Chelsea, did you watch the match or did you have your blinkers on too tight?
