    Can't argue with that pal. I was going to say go wild and give it to Moncur and watch him flourish but McDonald seems a better talker. Hammill would make a fantastic club captain for all he does in the local communities. He's also top notch with the younger supporters.

    Big Gus for me too. The fact he seems to be well respected on the pitch is the main reason, but he is also a cracking role model for the young players and even fans off the pitch too...

    However, if reports are true we are trying to tempt Yiadom to stay by offering the captaincy as part of his improved contract.

    Regarding Adam Hammill anybody know where he lives. ? There was a lass about his age with
    a Baby in a child carrier in our Doctors surgery this morning. When it was her turn to go in it came up on the
    sign as Meredith Hammill. It's such an unusual name I just wondered if there could be a connection.?
    I know that's Meredith is not his partners name but it could be the name of the baby.
