    car insurance with 'Chaucer' - does anyone have any experience of dealing with these two companies and if so, what are they like? TIA.</p>

    I had an agreed value policy for a classic mini with Adrian Flux, car got nicked, they sent an investigator to my house and I finally got paid 3 1/2 month later, wasn't happy!

    i am with them, 200 quid cheaper than anywhere else i found, there very helpful, but as gazredtyke said, what happens when your car gets nikt or vandalized am not sure

    got to admit they were very cheap and this was 6 years ago but i'll never ever go near them again

    who are you with now may i ask?

    mines just over 1900 third party on a 1.4 206 nearest i could get was 2100, that was without audio cover and breakdown cover

    I used Confused.com.. good comparisons there

    got one 50 quid cheaper than my usual source.
