Car leasing .....any recommendations ?

.. got a new job with &pound;500 p/m car allowance and am interested in looking at leasing a motor - has any recommendations on companies that do good deals looking for something Ford Focus sized)</p>

I will probably be looking at25k+ miles per year tho so this may make it a no-go</p>

Same as mine.

It sounds a decent allowance but barely covers the running costs and loan. I've racked up nearly 85k in this jalopy cos I can't afford to change this time.</p>

Just watch out for those &quot;Business User Contract&quot; deals ...................... Business User my arse - they base the &quot;advertised&quot; price on 12k milesper year</p>

 

That's what I think ....

... 2 years/60k miles on a basic Ford Focus TDCi they want &pound;500 p/m inc servicing - just not viable</p>

I could buy a 3-4 yr old one for &pound;3-&pound;4k, run that and at least get something back at the end when I sell it</p>

I've got the new Honda CRV on lease but via the Company's Car scheme. Done 22k in last 12mths and its been
great. Went for the 2.2 turbo diesel....I do lots of trips between Barnsley & Milton Keynes and get anything between
37 - 42 mpg, depends how quick I want to get home usually !!

 

Jam Jar recently had a SAAB 9-3 for £310 per month.

Their specials are worth a look usually.

I used smartlease.co.uk for mine they sourced it through Lombard in the end but got a good deal from their special offers. Astra VXR on 15k per year with servicing included for £340pm
