Car Paint Job HELP!

    Had my latest out patient appointment 2day at BDGH...

    Upon my return to my car sum ****** had key'ed my car!!!

    Any 1 know a cheap/gud car paint repair shop i cud take a mini cooper to!!!

    It is very hard to match metallic they usually have to spray the full panel

    you could try the dint doctor or any of these people that advertise scuff mark touch ups,how big is the scratch

    its bout a foot n half... bout width of a key end 2!! deepish n all!!

    if theres a strip or rubber on the panel,you know something that breaks the full panel up then they ony spray upto that,so you mightonly have to have half a panel sprayed

    No such luck... its a new mini cooper so its a full door panel!!

    Might just leave it... Looks AWFUL tho!!

    Judd, Central Garage, Sheffield Road, Birdwell - you should be able to find them in the Thompson's or Yellow Pages from that. Absolutely brilliant - used them myself and got a top result!

    Has tha looked in t Yello pages for local repair centres like Spray n Bake etc?</p>

    If thas like me an really tight, tha could try an bodge it wi a bit o' colour magic wax. (wicked)

    Judd, my missus opened the door onto another car in windy conditions and I ended up with the door edge bent over. They straightened it out, filled it and did a complete respray match up on the door for about £300. Obviously you don't need as much doing so it should come in a bit cheaper - and my car is metallic silver. I cannot rate their work highly enough!
