as it stands he'll play at wembley, if they lose the appeal he may have his ban extended.
Was it a sending off?
Having seen off much better are we worried if he plays?

Should increase the ban like they did for Middlesbrough Double the suspension sorry Bluebird only joking
I for one would be worried if he played. Fair do's he's not pulled up many trees this season, but he's also definately a big-game player, and one that could really turn a tie in their favour if he's "in the mood". He will relish the limelight, and with our abysmal away form I fear the worst.
definete red card his foot was high, stoods were showing and he took the keepers head off. If that wasn't a red card then neither was the tackle on Eduardo as it was exactly the same thing, high foot, studs showing, missed the ball and got the player.
Video here, its about 3 quarters of the way in [mp3=mms://virginmediavod.pub.video.premiumtv.co.uk/footballtv/wmv/high/20080316_colchester_cardiff.wmv][/mp3]
So did Taylor. He was looking at the ball but took the player out because he timed it wrong, got a straight red for it and everyone said it was deserved. There are only two differences between the two challenges, one unfortunatly broke a players leg, the other fortunatly didnt, one only caught someone in the leg, the other was in the head.
yep and its against the rules. you cant start picking and choosing which ones are sendings off based purely on how brittle the players bones are. If we did that then everyone who ever tackled Richard Kell would be banned
Have to agree to disagree Ball is on the floor and you leave the ground ...red card. In this case ball is in in the air puts his foot up to kick it
