They think they're above the law, or at least that the law doensn't matter. If he gets fined, he can afford it. If he gets banned again, like you say he can afford a chauffeur. First game after it happened all the Man City fans were singing 'he drives where he wants', which fair enough might seem amusing, but it just shows no matter what footballers do, fans still worship them. If the City fans drove like he did I bet they'd find it harder getting leniency!
Fines that are based on a % of salary would make the little Argy ba5tard squirm? When you look back at all the sh!te he has dragged through English football, it's a disgrace. You try to teach young kids the proper way of playing sport/football and then you have this crook just doing exactly what he wants when he wants. A shockingly bad role model.......and he's not on his own.
