I thought you made that at first... Then I realised that every word didn't start with a capital letter.
Finally, some evidence that the FA can use to prove they made the right decision 'behind closed doors'.
LOL but I thought that it had been torn up - just like I plan to tear up my Mortgage agreement and claim I now own my house
Could this be classed as an illegal approach by Man Utd? Surely if West Ham have said they don’t want to sell and he couldn’t have his medical. How can Tevez have been given permission to agree a contract. He must be an idiot though to allow himself to be in the situation he is in. Why would you let someone own your rights? He’s either West Hams player or he’s not, if not West Ham should go down and then for Man Utd to face a points deduction for signing Tevez under a similar circumstance.
Along similar lines: Tesco's Christmas Crackers LTD own the comedy rights to both Gaz & IOWT. Gaz is trying to break his contract to push through a move to Somerfield. IOWT wants his contract terminating, by mutual m4sturbation, as he's not yet come up with anything funny ... a bit like Gaz, really, but without the reputation. Just thought I'd point that out.
I hate to defend Man U but As far as I can the only club in the wrong is West Ham The players commercial rights are not owned by West Ham, only his registration - which is actually against football league rules West Ham claimed that they have ripped up the commercial agreement and now no one else has any influence - that is how they continued playing him for the rest of the season. - Of course you cant just walk away from an agreement and suddenly own a £30 Million asset that you didnt own before Man U negotiated with the players real owner correctly The problem is that the Premier league have said - if West Ham own the player they must get the revenue - reasonable enough requirement. This only proves that West Ham lied when they said the agreement has been ripped up
Gaz is quicker at writing it down, that's all. Then off he runs to the printers with "his" latest material. Anyway, I'm working on some new angry material, while I supress the urge to murder women with loud imaginary music. It's not very good and I've got a headache.
Do we have to send that warning down to Newport red light district and inform the police of impeding gruesomeness again.
Yes. He's just seen an uncovered chair leg. His fluids have been disturbed. He must clean the streets. I don't know what I'm on about.
are there some women left in newport? Some of my bullets must have been broken. I went postal or something. It's alright now, smileys are calming me down.
so what are economic rights? did whu pay a transfer fee when tevez moved from River Plate to them? or, did they enter into a third party agreement with msi? i think that tevez was on loan to whu and when they tore up the loan agreement msi should have sued them. why didn't msi sue whu?
