    We've dropped 6, at least 4/5 of which were sitters, Australia took 2 stunning catches with Martyn getting Pietersen yesterday and Lee's return catch today to start our collapse...

    That for me, plus McGrath's brilliance on Thursday has been the key difference.

    Agree with Le Dent further down. Drop Jones, pick Reed - that's some catches seen to. Don't think Thorpe would have dropped Pieterson's gimmes either. Still, hindsight, eh?

    There is always Warne of course...

    But I think had McGrath not bowled that spell and we'd held our catches we could still have won despite Warne.
