was my plan to get six tickets this morning in block 124 , but after trying a few times i gave it up and booked block 139 . . At least i have saved a bit of cash by not being able to book that block earlier .
Yep got nowhere with the website, and phoned my way to Block 124. Looks about the same view as I get at the Well.
Booked about 5.00pm - lots of options. Feel sorry for those who took the time to be quick off the mark this morning and not able to get seats they wanted. The club should ensure Ticketmaster get the feedback from this site.
The club should take responsibility for the **** up themselves. They made the decision to sell out to ticketmaster it wasn't forced upon them. By refusing to accept responsibility and blame ticketmaster they are doing exactly what they did after they sold out the catering to londleys and sold out the box office to just sport. Sorry but that isn't good enough I don't care which third party acts on the clubs behalf because ultimate responsibility for selling products on behalf of bfc after being paid by/paying bfc to do so lies with bfc. I am a Barnsley customer not a lindleys, just sport, ticketmaster customer. If they employ a subcontractor then they take the blame. Simple as that.
