the wnaker pic isnt working because the swear filter is picking up on the address of the image and changing it which means that it cant find it to load.</p>

you'll need to either change the name of the actual file to something that isnt filtered (and then change the emoticon link to match) or take wnaker out of the swear filter</p>

    i think</p>

Yeah - the rich editor changes the link

to wnaker and there isnt a file there called that ...yet

AS soon as I figure out how to change the name of an emoticon on the BBS I will fix it

Thats because when you arent using rich text editor clicking on the emoticon just inserts the code and then when you post it finds the code and changes it to a pic, when you do use rich text editor and click on the emoticon it actually inserts the image into the post and when you click submit the board finds the "wan*ker.gif" part and changes it to wnaker.gif which in turn means that it cant load it because there is no image called wnaker.gif

you really needed to know that didnt you lol

Easiest solution was to take ****** out of the swear filter

    aye lol

Or at least a good temporary solution anyway. Best long term one would be for City Tyke to log-in to the ftp doodar and rename the file to wnaker.gif instead of ******.gif then in the admin control panel just change the emoticon link to the new pic instead of the old then the swear filter wont affect it</p>

    Not sure I can

Cazi took the easy fix route - I was trying to edit the name of the file but dont think I have access to where they are stored I think it needs City Tyke to make the change
