You know you cant use the images in court dont you and that you must ensure that the camera does not accidently film innocent passers by !!!

    Crazy rule.

    Private road.

And it's more to show up his bad driving than press charges.

Maplins deal looks ok,although I haven't a link you can buy one that links by USB to your PC,the only snag being the PC has to be within 5m of the camera mounting point, the software that comes with it activates the recording by movement of the pixels.

I have just bought 2 wireless ip cameras off eBay to monitor the warehouse. £40 quid each and decent picture.

Use USB for initial setup then plug it in anywhere u want it through WIFI, record all the time or schedule it and can even connect remotely through web browser.

    Got all mine from here...

They're not the cheapest but they are very good value for money. Call them for a price.

You'll need a DVR to record anything, a simple 4 channel job with 500GB disk should give you a rolling week or so with a couple of cameras.
You'll also need a power supply for the cameras and shotgun cable (Coax and power) out to the cameras.
If you want to view the pictures on your TV then you'll need a demodulator, watch out mind the usually need a TV with an analogue channel and not all modern teles have this now.
Most DVR's come with an IP module so you can connect it to your broadband router. If you do that you can see the pictures on your phone from anywhere.

What with PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom), infrared and all, the options are endless. Lots of fun to muck about with too and dead easy to install.
