Interesting. Implants appear to have been in then out on Sarah. Cheryl looks to have inflatables (yes you can get them - inflate to required volume). Nicola may simply have finished growing. Other 2 difficult to tell

 

I think they all looked prettier in 2002

now they all look 'glam/post atkin's diets' not real.</p>
