Hope he doesn't play anderson/buterfield and colace in same midfield again. you need a naturally attacking player in there.

play hammill in middle has a 3 (from the reports ive seen he played well in middle for liver res). Then play sodje/RNL/adam on the left. Also you could play gray on the left and that new guy at lb if hes signed and sorted. Theres alot of options.

Why not. Hammills getting fustrated on the left. E.g kick of bottle. If he played in the middle he would have more of the ball. Halfredsons a left midfieldier playing in the middle. SWP's does the same for man city.

If you went to Derby on Tuesday you'd know that Hallfredsson is much better in the middle.

He played on the left when Hume supported Gray but was totally ineffective and hardly saw any of the ball.

When he was in the middle in the 2nd half he ran the show, much prefer him in their playing to his strengths. He'll cut defences open through the middle, a la Gray's goal at Derby.

I've seen enough of Hammill to know he's an out and out winger. Hallfredsson's much stronger than Hammill too, holding players off and winning the ball back.

According to Liverpool fans he was an attacking midfielder. Was reading one of there sites and they said he played very much like Gerard did for them in behind the strikers and was very good. they all said they where said to see him go and thought he was better than that french striker and the Moroccan lad too. There's people said they have been watching has they said young hammill and really thought he would brake though. I was reading LFCREDS a liverpool fourm.
