After watching Manchester City vs Chelsea, it is clear John Terry and Frank Lampard are not good enough.

Terry is too slow and loses possession too much for a defender and Lampard proved today that he isn't good enough when playing against the top sides.

If Di Matteo is going to rely on David Luiz and Terry this season, they're doomed. Gary Cahill and a new defender me thinks.

Thoughts? as it's going to effect England if we keep on calling them up.
But then again we are World Number 3 ;)

Far be it for me to kick a man when he is down but I have NEVER understood the plaudits aimed at John Terry through his career. He has always been slow, loses his man on many occasions, cannot hold up the ball, loses possession and his passing often suggests he is colour blind. However, he is bound to get some things right during the game, the odd good tackle and goal and that is what the sycophantic commentators always latch on to...." John Terry as ever...magnificent"....."

He is one of life's great mysteries to me...like the praise heaped upon Van Morrison, Paul McCartney, Ricky Gervais, The Smiths and ' Ab-Fab'.
