    Utter garbage.

Steaua look head and shoulders above them.

I was just about to start a thread saying the same. Embarrassing for the Premiership.

Good goal there from Terry. Pity he is such a chunt.

    really?
They looked good in first half. Should have scored more than one in first half.
Not seen any of the second half though. Not sure if Chelsea are interested in the europa league.

They've been better second half. Can't believe Torres has scored.

To my mind the performance of English clubs in Europe is a reflection of the standard of the Premiership.

The Premiership is not quite what is was but I still think it's better than Last 16 stage. City had a very difficult group. United were unlucky against a team that has recently put Barca to the sword twice. Arsenal came up against a good Bayern team and only went out on away goals. Chelsea have been in turmoil and only had Torres as an attacking option.

I think you're right in that, it struck me as strange that Steau having a decent start in a match was an afront to English football tho' ;-)
