    None whatsoever, but . . .

. . . as I'm still feeling smug about getting the first 3 winners yesterday, here's my Lucky 31 for today's televised races:

    1 Can'T Buy Time @ 4/1
    2 Diamond Harry @ 9/2
    3 Carruthers @ 6/1
    4 Master Minded @ 1/3
    5 Great Endeavour @ 12/1

Chosen with as much careful consideration as can be applied in 30 seconds for 5 races. Which is what worked for me yesterday so why change a winning system?

I've done it as a win. I went E/W yesterday and the buggers all won, didn't they? What a waste of money that was!

Or, to put it another way . . .

. . . "Burgundy, I've got £3.10. Can you please help me to turn it into 17p?"

Was looking a good EW bet...

...until Great Endeavour came 17th. Why didn't you have Ninetieth Minute? Very apt as that is the time we normally concede one! All your others were in the first four, but I think one of the races had only 15 runners, so would have only paid out on the first three.

Same as yesterday's looking good until my fourth selection came 11th. Perhaps I should just do E/W patents and then go down the pub, that way I'd be 100% after 2 days. And drunk.
