He was excellent wasn't he? Had Fletcher in his back pocket. Obviously he scored the og but I prefer to put that down to Winnall's movement. And that Cruyff turn was summat else

So you'd play him ahead of Mawson or Roberts ?

I'd say ahead of Roberts. Nowt against him personally but I don't think he'll be a regular next season. Unless he ups his decision making and distribution I think he'll struggle against, hoping, Championship strikers. We need Kevin Long.

He didn't have Fletcher in his back pocket for our second goal.

He balls up for 2 goals. Completely miss timed his header for Fletchers goal. Yes he has the attributes but he makes a mistake a game at least. Oxford fans all say the same.

In my opinion i think roberts has been better than mawson recently. He's a no nonsense defender who is a monster in the air, just needs to keep his distribution simple and iv no problem wi that. I look forward to seeing him develop and improve with us.

I liked a lot of what he did, but got badly caught out for two of our goals. He's definitely got potential - would I be happy if we had him in our squad? Yes. Would I play him ahead of Mawson or Roberts right now? Not in a million years, based on Sunday's showing.

I liked the look of Dunkley but he clearly had a mistake in him. If Nyatanga leaves would be a good option to develop and provide cover

Sign him up. More prolific for us than Mido was.

Looked good 1st half when we were still in the changing room. Looked shaky later on when pressure was on.

That's not to write him off after watching him in one game but imo not an improvement on what we've got - Roberts is a better laiker id say - and if we step up we need Kevin Long.

Reminded me of Big ******* Jean.

Has clear ability but has mistakes in him.

*beaten inside 10 minutes by Winnall whose shot with the outside of the foot was ambitious at best

*the own goal (would rather praise Winnall though)

*done twice on the touchline by Fletcher

    *done by Chapman

    That's just one game.

I'd have him here for comedy value. Young Big Jean.

You could say the same about Mawson and Roberts, more so earlier on in the season.

I did like their first goalscorer though, O'Dowda. And Roofe had a poor game for his standards but the quality was still there in bits and pieces. Great turn and cross for the second goal. I reckon they'd be pushing for the playoffs in this division. Just glad they resorted to direct stuff as the game wore on. Meat and drink for Alf and Marc.

Better players than him knocking up and down. We've got three at the club in his position!

Roofe was obviously the real standout - getting him would be amazing if we had any chance of pulling it off!

If we go up it's a definite possibility. More chance of game time than if he went to an established Championship club.
