The only time I met Ben Mansford was when I went to Brighton soon after he came to the club and he was there to meet and greet the 180 or so of us who were there. Since then he has increased the amount of sponsorship to the club over and over what it was before. Now people on here want him gone but I can't understand why that should be. Before him it was Don Rowing who got it in the neck although from where I sit I never understood why that was. Notwithstanding that I saw recently on here that some who had previously slagged him off were now looking back with nostalgia to his time in office. You couldn't as they say make it up.
The people on here who want him gone number less then 20. You only have to look around the stadium at the advertising to see how big an improvement he is over the previous incumbent.
The vast majorly it's realise what a good job he's done. The team arent playing well so the noisy minority look for scapegoats or someone they can shout at. I'm sure he realises hes in in the firing line.
Carry on doing the job your doing Mr Mansford, all your advertising will go to super use with the 5k at home games next season
If you think Mansford has done a good job since taking over, you're off your tits mate. Relegation, a poor half season in first season in League 1 and this disastrous season. All under three different managers. Mansford is the issue and he should **** off with Johnson.
it is,they phoned me today asking if i would like a advertising package to go in front of the east stand. He told me they were actively contacting local shops/businesses to sound them out for a deal
It'd be hard to say with us having eight consecutive seasons in the Championship. No coincidence he comes in and we've been **** ever since. Maybe controversial but I'd have 'Big Don' back anyday over him, as long as Linton Brown stayed with the marketing.
Er ok.......... It's all bens fault I see it now. He owns the club, he bankrolls transfers, he pays the bills, he trains the players, he picks the team, he fails to execute basic football skills expected of a league player. Yes all his fault.....
Who claimed it was all his fault because I never? Johnson has just been as bad with his inept ability in managing the side. Flicker shouldn't have been sacked at the time and we should never have brought Wilson in. Both of those decisions were undertaken by Mr Mansford and Cryne.
"Relegation, a poor half season in first season in League 1 and this disastrous season. All under three different managers. Mansford is the issue and he should **** off with Johnson." I'd take a breath if I were you.
