Chip and Pin Chaos, fun and games ahead

Waiting to pay for petrol this morning and an elderly lady was doing the same using a card.

The fella behind the counter (who was not the best English speaker) didn't help much - but basically it took her a good ten minutes and three attempts to put her number in at the right time, without having removed the card before she should have done.

I was three back in the line but it wasn't until the young lad next to her said "whats your pin love" and then took her card to do it for her, that it actually went through.

So theres an advancement in security, several people have seen that an elderly lady, knowing what car she drives, has a credit card for which they know the number
