Bleedinghell, you'd think I was talking about a plate of poo by the looks on the faces of my colleagues when I asked them if they wanted gravy on their chips. What's wrong with chips & gravy??

"They say that chips and gravy make you spotty
But they're the ones with the really sore botty"

    Macc Lads

Reminds me of living down south and I was mentioning about getting chips and peas open, they asked how it was possibly to eat them, with chips in one container and peas in another, whilst walking home, thinking you'd need to eat them seperately.....I said that you have the peas over the chips....same reaction that it sounds like you got!

We also did the "Have ya got owt moist?" before Peter Kay mentioned it!

    Thankfully

Here in Oz they know that chips and gravy is right.

Even if they can't make chips properly. They always end up too crispy and oily (if you crush them, the oil runs out). I'm not sure what they're doing wrong. Oh, and their sausages contain lamb so they taste like kebabs.

I'm not sure but it tasted like salty piss. Or at least, what I'd expect salty piss to taste like.

Soup & chips int bad either

Dip each chip int piping hot soup.

Please note soup must be good old fashioned cream of tom or cream of chicken ore even cream of mushroom. Soup should not be any brand of yuppie low calorie, healthy or 'roast tomato with essence of basil' type thing.

Chips must have salt on them & soup must have loads of pepper :)
