Not spending on buying Gray from Charlton, would allow PC to pay off Daveys contract and leave a surplus to buy an up and coming Left back and Striker from the lower divisions.
And who's taking over James G and his magic torch? Football management is simple. Press X to restart.
RE: And who's taking over he needs to **** off now useless inept fat Barsteward with no tactics what so ever
RE: And who's taking over As long as you're not doing it I'lll be happy. You're as a big defeatist as Davey. Those fecking fans, eh??
RE: And who's taking over Unless we had to pay compensation to another club for poaching their Manager. A replacement for Davey would not incur much extra cost. The main expense would be paying up the Management contracts. I would do a clean sweep and replace the assistants also, who would need to be 'paid up'
RE: And who's taking over like i said in an earlier post get shut off them all and get the 3 muskateers in danny wilson, ronnie glavin and neil redfearn
Its as repetative and irritating to read as the competition for who can hate Davey the mostest that appears on here after every bad result. 11,000 is an average attendance by League 1 standards. Statistically speaking of course.
RE: Its as repetative and irritating to read No team in League One matched our gate last night Stastically speaking
RE: Cos the good sides were all away? well the four of the 24 who would get better gates were Statistically speaking
speaking of repetative and irritating things to read its like people banging on about our attendances, you did it again last night totally ignoring the fact that for many it would be their third game in just over a week, or second in 4 days. Now that might not be much to you but to a lot of people it is.It was also following on from Saturdays debacle (which in essense was a continuation of the previous seasons shortcomings) we have a manager who rightly or wrongly is isolating some fans. It was a night match which many people struggle to get to ( human nature says some will make the extra effort if the end product is worthwhile) and it was also in the middle of the prime holiday season.History shows that if the team is reasonably well and scoring a few goals (remember them?) the fans will turn up. Somehow you ignored all this yesterday to -yet again - beat on about your pet theory that our attendances are somehow lined to our positionain history shows that we and other teams have in fact been quite comfortable.
The average of League One ain't 11,000 try more like 6-7k. nt Not that attendances have much to do with it. Derby are the best supported aren't they?
