cant be bothered going through all the posts on this subject but heres my opinion 1. we dont have the money to sign a player like this in terms or wages or transfer fee or indeed loan transfer fee 2. hes more likely to go to both clubs i have seen mentioned (Cardiff and QPR) than us 3. would he want to come back here? 4. do we want to find ourselves in financial turmoil (like Cardiff) for spending money on a player that would break the wage budget and could get injured at any point 5. it doesnt show a lack of ambition just because we havnt attempted to sign a player just because a few fans say we should do
