we weren't brave enough in the end. But seeing as PC and BMBC are owed £1.4 M by October, and Shep's brief is to run the club without reliance on PC, I'm not surprised we did not sign him. GS would not have wanted to take another loan on.

yes mate, and it doesn't have to be repaid it's just there will be interest on the loan at 2.5 % if not repaid.
