The Malta international striker has until 5pm on Monday to find himself another club in the current transfer window, and the Sky Blues manager is hoping a deal can be done in time. "It has been really difficult for both parties and I think the quicker it happens for Michael the better for everybody because it is like a cloud hanging over everyone," said Coleman who admits that City and the player may have to lower their expectations in terms of a fee and personal terms. "He wants to move on and we have known that from the summer. "A couple of deals have fallen through because unfortunately he couldn’t agree his personal terms, but I think Michael needs to move for his sake, and we need to move on also. "There is speculation every week and I speak to his agent a lot about whether there is anyone coming in for him, and that’s got to be messing with Michael’s head, so he has got to make a clean break and that has got to be best for both parties." Mifsud has scored just two goals this season and failed to hit the heights of last season at the Ricoh Arena when he shone in the cup competitions and scored 17 goals.
