yeah - not sure he deserved it but mebbe we were acknowledging a lad who worked hard and who has worked his nuts off to get a place in the side. Unlucky with his shot that hit the post (thought it was him)
That was beyond unlucky - had no right to get close to scoring from the angle he was at, was a great effort. Feel like he just needs one to go in and he might kick on. Can't knock the lads workrate, think hes having a positive impact on the team.
He had done everything but score in the last few games. Deserves a goal, I am sure he will get one soon. Seems the perfect foil for Davies.
