I know that there have been more than enough threads about him already tonight, but... Have you ever thought about how he must feel about the fact that most (if not all) Barnsley fans hate him now? He's from Barnsley and played with us since he was a kid (I think?), so he must have been Barnsley through and through. He then spent seven years with the first team and became the captain, and even after leaving us and joining the Blades, I think he was still well liked in Barnsley? Then, in one moment of stupidity, he ruins it all - the ones who once looked up to him and loved him now treat him as a villain. No matter what he does, he'll never be welcome at his favourite club (?) again and his old fans will never forgive him. I'm sure that he wouldn't have wanted this to happen either, but then again he should have thought about it before nearly killing one of our players. Sometimes I almost feel sorry for Chris Morgan... ... then I remember that he's a pile of /poo and deserves to be treated as such.
I believe he left... To help us financially as we couldn't really afford to keep him. Fair enough he those that set of cnuts but I didn't really have too much against him until last season.
I always rated him as a decent player Albeit a little rash, but he proved last season that 1) he's nothing more than a thug and 2) he has no remorse for what he did to Humie.
I know I might still have some respect for Chris Morgan if he had opened his mouth and said that he's sorry for the "accident"... But perhaps someone at Sheffield United told him to keep his mouth shut, because if he had apologised, it could have been used against him in the court.
RE: I know Yes but if had true ethics or morals then that wouldnt have mattered im sure Hume would be the type of person to give someone the time of day if they owned up to their mistake rather than pretend it never happened.
