He's a dirty Barsteward, but the ref didn't have the B*ll*cks to penalise him.

In place of whom? The only chioce I see on that front is that we don't take up the option on Nyatanga, which to be honest wouldnt really worry me at the moment

We need 4 good CB's to choose from. Souza, Foster, Nyatanga and Morgan would look pretty good to me. And Morgan would be in the side in front of Nyatanga without a doubt.

Aye he should have hung around at a club going into administration and earning a third of what he could earn down the road.

Only Barnsley born player on the pitch

    wasn't he?

I would have brought big stan on earlier, Morgan would have had his hands full with Stan, and without Morgan, Sheff u's back four would have looked very average.

    (clap)

I though Michael Owen ran into his elbow in the Premier? Morgan didn't do anything - blame Gary Willard.

bloody hell and the school hols have just begun

Morgs did us and himself a favour by leaving when he did and releiving the club of his wages, he was a great servant to the club but of course being a local lad just gets abuse from some of the kids

C'ant agree with that Killa was never stretched and Naysmith was first class. Geary was having a decent game prior to going off and his repacement Hall did ok. Morgan did hold things together but don't forget last season he was facing some of the worlds top players, your donkeys were never going to trouble him. Combine that with a midfield of Tongue and Speed and the inclusion of Beattie and Gillespie after 75 minutes to support Billy Blade and there was only ever going to be one result.

Barnsley looked composed and there was some good football played. I don't know any of your players so can't comment on individual performances but they were easy on the eye and I'd prefer that to a more direct style of play. I don't think your players were up for a fight. In repect of relegation I think Southamptons form will see them joining the bottom two. Dilemna you have is that the players are naturally focussed on the semi. If you win it then I think your league form will go down the pan.

Too many foreign fancy Dans in your team
