Prefer the strikers we've got. All four playing well, scoring goals, putting in 100% effort and winning us games. I couldn't be happier with the strike force.

This is just another body and and another wage for me. Someone who may cause dissent in the camp as they take the place in the team of a player contracted to us. Someone who may do a Richard Naylor and stroll about like they don't give a ****.

I don't like loan players at the best of times, but when we have players in that position who are doing the business it's just a massive waste of money that in all likelihood will be detrimental to a side playing really well.

Correct. No need. Only any point bringing in a striker if it's a high quality loan like Scotland.

Scotland isn't a loan, he's our player. Ipswich released him.

    Good replacement for Davies

him and Daggers have played together, much more mobile than Harewood, and a strategic signing if we are in L1 next year.

There's no harm in getting another striker. We have become more solid defensively but we'll need goals to stay up.

The more firepower we have the better. We have not scored nearly enough this season. If we had we'd be clear of relegation.

We need a replacement for Stonesy though if he's not loaned back as this wingback system is working wonders.

    Re: Good replacement for Davies

He's on loan. He won't be here next year. Certainly not in league 1.

How many of Dagnall's goals have been set up by Harewood in his run of form? Most of 'em I believe.

    its just options Jay.

We couldn't go with 4 strikers for the rest of the season. Chris looked a good player from when ive seen him (once at oakwell, 3? times on tv) we've got a few sat/tues coming up too.

I agree Hemsworth, it's just opinions. I gave mine, but I certainly don't expect people to agree.

I remember when I was told that all four of that lot who Keith Hill brought in were with a view to a permanent signing. They did us the world of good too.

I agree cant see any harm in it....we need goals..Dagnall is scoring at the minute..but if he stops or gets injured then what. Harwood int even scoring. Flicker knows O;Gardy and will trust him also had a decent partnership wi Dagnall in the past...good signing..
