Anybody that didn't think he was man of the match doesn't deserve eyes. Not that I'm being confrontational of course!

He played out of his skin today. Every ball that went up to him was in the air, he was getting kicked, pulled around, the works, but he won far more than he lost and just lacked a teammate willing to venture forward. Definitely the strongest player I have ever seen in a Reds shirt. He was immense today.

Yes I thought he was great today often with little support though Jennings had another good game.

I thought he was going to be poor today with him being on his own but he played great. Really hope we keep him if we go down or stay up

he's a beast. no doubt about it. just frustrates me to see him fighting off 3 players on the corner flag, laying the ball off, then theres no one in the box when the cross goes in.

If only we had a little number eight to play off his knock downs. Something in the Adam le Fondre mode would be perfect with him. He wastes so many balls simply because there is no one close enough to him to pick up the scraps. If he had a bit of help he would score more himself too

Agreed. He took some right hammer today. Totally selfless performance. He is missing a strike pal, but can't fault Danny for the way he set the team up.

Thought he was awesome, especially second half, gave Lascelles a lesson.

And a midfield reluctant to venture into the box.

He had a great game today but the tactics we play mean he's not as effective as he could be however we'd be a much poorer side without him. I don't think he was MoM today but he was close.

Jennings was correctly given the Man of the Match. It was plainly obvious to all of us that don't deserve eyes that he was going to be our only hope of nabbing a goal and so it proved. O' Grady battled well but goals win games and he never even got in the areas to score.

Why does he play in divers boots? Ball two yards away from him and he seems welded to the spot.

We have noticed that too, happens every match at some point. He just seems to switch off at times, a defender makes a mistake but he doesn't react quickly enough. Just an observation though, in no way am I criticising him as I rate him highly.

Yeah he's wasted there (and when he has to spend big periods of the match with his back to goal) when he should be waiting for the ball central for him to have a shot.

COG is the best target man we have had since Shiperley.

The problem we have is our mid field isn't good enough or maybe well balanced enough to play a 4. Danny is having to play with a 5 and COG up front on his own doing the work of 2 men.

COG draws 2 or 3 players to himself but the mid field don't exploit the space he creates by getting into the box.

Saying all that we should have had more than one goal with the chances we had.

He hasn't got enough agility to stick his leg up with it coming unexpectedly whereas Jennings most likely would have buried that

Thats going to be a big ask, if we go down, then I cant see how we can keep him. Even if we stay up, you can see a number of championship clubs wanting him. Plus if we get an offer from a newly promoted club say, how could you stand in his way. He's said he wants to play in the prem.

One thing though, if... Nick the German...was bought for 2 n half million, ID say the very least COG would be worth is John Stones money..
