There were some bell ends around me who actually cheered when he got subbed today! Why? Thought he did ok in the 1st half but not so well 2nd. For people to say he doesn't look like he wants to play for us is gargage! He never stops running and without his goals early on in the season we would be alot worse off than where we are now!
yeh its a shame, because its probably the people who were saying he was the best player we had at the start of the season. he does play ok but its just his crossing that lets him down - if he could actually kick the ball into the area then we would have more goals. but then again being that small must affect how hard/far you can kick the ball ff
gave 100% today, never stopped running, thats officialy why Ritchie subbed him. If i was to criticise him, id probably say he needs to cross the ball into the box a little higher and perform more consistantly. Scored loads for a midfielder though and his work rate is outstanding. Hes been a key player in our promotion push this season.
I would like to see him cut inside a little more than he does instead of the crosses that (these days) always seem to go astray or dont clear the first man
He had a spell where he couldn't get around anyone and since then he hasn't tryed to but just trys to cross it instead which isn't his strong point.</p> I think he should get back to going around defenders with the ball on the floor as I think that is one of his strongest attributes. </p>
