* Huge row in dressing room involving Hill and the players after the Millwall game * Directors are keeping silent re Benny's future * Bids expected for Davies, Stones and others in January * Benny undecided about extending Tudgay, Greening, Buszaky and Sinclair loans * No win tomorrow equals the worst home winless spell since 1952-53 If there's any sanity left in the world, it's surely become a question of 'when?' not 'if'.
I dreamt last night that we did get relegated. I'd also forgot my ST and had to pay £20 on turn style to get in. Met one of players on way out, shook his hand and told him that I won't be renewing mine or 2 kids ST the next season. That ain't a joke either, I did actually dream that last night. BTW Hill was still the manager at that game.
Row about what? Or just trying to create tension the journalist? Tudgay needs to stay, Buzsaky ideally
Turn down bids for Stones, were breaking even aren't we? Oh hang on... If they have a January sale this season it will kill us off.
Well just watched the media interview at the end of the Birmingham game. have to say Hill looks dejected and about ready to throw the towel in. He said that he had a discussion with the players because at the second goal players took it upon themselves to change markers which he believes allowed them to score. I think debate means hair-drier treatment.
Rowing after a rare win is crazy!!! They certainly pick their moments. Chronicle recycling what they said last week then and adding nothing new to the story. Will a 1 goal in 11 striker get regular football for a better club? I'm not so sure. Tudgay is a must. 60 year record about to be beaten then as we head to four months without an home win.
Davies isn't a 1 goal in 11 striker though is he? That's the run he's on now but that's not reflective of his time with the club. He was rubbish on Boxing day - absolutely rubbish - but had an argument with the bloke behind me who says he's always rubbish and never scores from inside the area. Didn't have the heart to tell him that I think only 2 of his goals this season were from outside the box? (Bolton & Blackpool?) Davies is the least of our problems - without him we'd be just about down already cos I don't know who else is going to score more than 5 this season.
Some blokes who sit near me(all in there late 50's early 60's) have slagged Davies off since the day we signed him, reason being he's from Chesterfield so aint good enough.
He does though, look like a player that is already planning his next move. Remember Shipperley being the same pre-Wimbledon transfer,
Really? Even when he was the only forward scoring for us at the end of that season (for example,at Sheffield Wednesday, Wimbledon and getting the winner at Bramall Lane with a fantastic strike from outside the box)?
Strange that , some blokes round me think Tudgay is ***** because he played for Wednesday and Forest!!, Just shows how much some people know eh!
You can't pick and choose like that. He's struggled since returning from injury and we can't escape that fact.
He liked it at barnsley..... A lot. Well the warmth of a locals bed anyway. Got caught by the missus trailer wheels in her.
