    They also complain that the poor prisoners with no jobs werent given unemployment pay.</p>

    The thing is.........................................................................

    The Tax payer is paying a private prison service provider a large sum of money to provide a service which it is not up to an acceptable standard.</p>

    The fact that it is a prison is irrellevant. They are making huge profits by not providing the service.</p>

    The Tax payer is once again being ripped off.</p>
